How to cancel your free trial

You can cancel your Yousician free trial at any time. The steps to cancel depend on how you started the trial: Apple iTunes, Google Play, or Yousician. You need to cancel through the same provider you used to start the trial.

Deleting the Yousician app or your Yousician account does not cancel your free trial. You must cancel using the steps described.

To avoid being charged, cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before it ends.

How you started your trial?

Choose the option that matches where you started your trial to determine how to cancel it:

• Yousician → Go to our website to cancel.
• Apple → Go to your Apple subscriptions to cancel.
• Google Play → Go to your Google Play subscriptions to cancel.

If you aren’t sure which provider you used, log in to your account on our website. Scroll down to the Membership section to check which provider you used.

What happens after you cancel

• Your Premium access continues until the end of the free trial.
• Your account returns to the free version when the trial ends.

Cancel your Yousician-billed free trial

1. Go to our website and log in to your account.
2. Scroll down to the Membership section.
3. Select Cancel free trial, and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Cancel your Apple iTunes-billed free trial

When you start your free trial through Apple iTunes, Apple manages the trial. You need to cancel it through your Apple account.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel your Google Play-billed free trial

When you start your free trial through Google Play, Google Play manages the trial. You need to cancel it through your Google Play account.

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
