Steps to request a refund depend on which provider charged you: Apple, Google Play or Yousician. If you bought your subscription with Apple or Google Play, you need to request a refund from Apple or Google Play. To confirm which provider is charging you, please double check your billing statement.
I have been charged by Apple and want a refund
For subscriptions billed by Apple, contact Apple Support for help with billing issues and refund requests.
To request a refund from Apple, you can use their online Report a Problem feature or call Apple Support direct.

I have been charged by Google Play and want a refund
For subscriptions billed by Google Play, contact Google Play Support for help with billing issues and refund requests.
If it's been less than 48 hours since you were charged, request a refund from Google Play. You can also get in touch with Google Play Support for more information about Google Play terms and conditions for cancellation and refund.
If it's been more than 48 hours, but less than 14 days since you were charged, reach out to Yousician Support with any questions.
I have been charged by Yousician and want a refund
For subscriptions billed by Yousician, you can request a full refund within 14 days (the "Cooling-off Period"), if during that Cooling-off Period you have not at any time accessed the Service(s).
