Steps to request a refund depend on which provider charged you: Apple iTunes, Google Play or Yousician. If you bought your subscription through iTunes or Google Play, you need to request a refund from Apple or Google Play. Check your billing statement to confirm which provider charged you.
I have been charged by Yousician and want a refund
For subscriptions billed by Yousician, you can request a full refund within 14 days (the "Cooling-off Period"), if during that Cooling-off Period you have not at any time accessed the Service(s). Contact Yousician support with any questions.
I have been charged by Apple and want a refund
To request a refund from Apple, use their online Report a Problem feature or contact Apple support.

I have been charged by Google Play and want a refund
To request a refund from Google Play, when it's been less than 48 hours since you were charged, use their online feature or contact Google Play support.
For additional questions about subscriptions, payments and billing, contact Google Play support.
If it's been more than 48 hours, but less than 14 days since you were charged, contact Yousician support with any questions.
