Downloading account data and deleting your account - GuitarTuna

You can request your account history and data in the app and our website. 

Download your data through the app

1. Select the Profile button in the bottom right corner of the app. 
2. Select the Settings button in the top right corner of the app. 
3. Scroll down to the Privacy section. 
4. Select the Arrow button next to Download your data. 
5. Check the email address you want to send the report and select Download your data. 
6. Select Start my archive. 

Download your data through our website

When you have added an email address to your GuitarTuna account, you can also request your account history on our website. To receive a copy of your account data: 

1. Enter your email address and password and select Log in on our website. 
   
   • If you use Apple ID for access, select Sign in with Apple. 
   • If you use Google for access, select Sign in with Google.
2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Download. 
3. Select Start my archive. 
4. Check the email address you want to send the report and select Download your data. 
5. Select Start my archive. 
   

   Go to your account

Once the report is ready, we will email you a link to access it. 

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. This includes any saved information or progress for both GuitarTuna and Yousician per our Privacy Policy. 

NOTE: Deleting your account does not cancel your premium subscription. To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps described in the following articles:

Delete your account through the app

3. Scroll down to the Privacy section. 
4. Select the Arrow button next to Delete your data. 
5. Select Delete account. 

Delete your account through our website

When you have added an email address to your GuitarTuna account, you can also delete your account on our website. This includes any saved information or progress for both GuitarTuna and Yousician per our Privacy Policy. To delete your account: 

1. Log in on our website or select the Delete account button below.

2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Delete account.
3. Follow the prompts to complete deletion.
