Yousician gives you access to your account data. You can view the information linked to your account at any time, and if you wish, you can also delete your account.
How to access your account data
To receive a copy of your account data:
- Enter your email address and password and select Log in on our website.
- If you use Apple ID for access, select Sign in with Apple.
- If you use Google for access, select Sign in with Google.
- Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Download.
- Select Start my archive.
- Check the email address you want to send the report to and select Download your data.
- Select Start my archive.
Once the report is ready, we send you an email with a link to access your report.

How to delete your account and data
You can delete your account at any time. This includes saved information and progress for both Yousician and GuitarTuna per our Privacy Policy.
After you delete your account, you can not access it again. The deletion is permanent, and you can not revert any changes after you confirm the deletion.
NOTE: Deleting your account does not cancel your premium subscription. To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps described in the following articles:

- To delete your account, log in on our website or select the Delete account button below.
- Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Delete account.
- Follow the prompts to complete deletion.
