If you bought premium access but your account is free, try the following steps to troubleshoot:
- In case you have more than one Yousician account, ensure you log in with your premium account email address and password.
- If you use Facebook for access, select Log in with Facebook.
- If you use Apple ID for access, select Log in with Apple.
- If you use Google for access, select Continue with Google.
- If you bought premium access via iTunes or Google Play, go to the Account tab in the Yousician app and select the Restore button.
- If you bought a single instrument premium, go to the Game tab in-app. Check that you have selected your premium instrument and that the instrument button is green.
