How to cancel your Yousician subscription

You can cancel your Yousician subscription at any time. The steps to cancel depend on who charged you: Apple iTunes, Google Play, or Yousician. You need to cancel through the same provider you used to purchase the membership.

Deleting the Yousician app or your Yousician account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel using the steps described.

Who charged you?

Choose the option that matches who charged you to determine how to cancel it:

• Yousician → Go to our website to cancel.
• Apple → Go to your Apple subscriptions to cancel.
• Google Play → Go to your Google Play subscriptions to cancel.

If you aren’t sure which provider you used, log in to your account on our website. Scroll down to the Membership section to check which provider you used.

What happens after you cancel

• Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription does not renew after the current billing period ends.
• Your account returns to the free version when your paid access ends.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund for your most recent payment. For more information, see our Refund policy.

Cancel your Yousician-billed subscription

1. Go to our website and log in to your account.
2. Scroll down to the Membership section.
3. Select Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

Cancel your Apple iTunes-billed subscription

When you buy your subscription through Apple iTunes, Apple manages the subscription. You need to cancel it through your Apple account.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel your Google Play-billed subscription

When you buy your subscription through Google Play, Google Play manages the subscription. You need to cancel it through your Google Play account.

1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the instructions.
