How to access your personal data

You can request your account history and data on our website. 

To receive a copy of your account data: 

1. Enter your email address and password and select Log in on our website. 
   • If you use Facebook for access, select Sign in with Facebook.
   • If you use Apple ID for access, select Sign in with Apple. 
   • If you use Google for access, select Sign in with Google.
2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Download. 
3. Select Start my archive. 
4. Check the email address you want to send the report to and select Download your data. 
5. Select Start my archive.

Once the report is ready, we send you an email with a link to access your report.
