How to redeem a gift card

Congratulations on receiving the gift of music! Redeem your gift to get unlimited playtime and content for all 5 instruments. 

To redeem your gift card

1. Go to our gifting website.
2. Enter your email address and password and select Log in.
   • If you use Facebook for access, select Sign in with Facebook.
   • If you use Apple ID for access, select Sign in with Apple. 
   • If you use Google for access, select Sign in with Google.

   If you don't have an account, enter an email address and password, and select Create Account. 

   • To use your Apple ID, select Sign up with Apple. 
   • To use Google, select Sign up with Google.
3. Enter your gift card code and select Redeem. 

If you don't see a popup asking for the gift card code, go to our main website instead. Log into your account and select Redeem gift card. The option is in the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your account page.

Why can't I redeem my gift card? 

If you already have a premium subscription, you cannot redeem your gift card. Check to ensure that the subscription has been canceled. 

You can use the gift card once the subscription ends and your account changes back to free. The code is valid for 24 months from purchase.
