How to redeem a gift card

Congratulations on receiving the gift of music! You can redeem your gift for unlimited playtime and content for all 5 instruments. 

Redeem your gift card on a mobile device

1. Go to our website and log in to your account. 
   • If you don't have an account, enter an email address and password, and select Create Account.
2. Select the drop-down menu option in the top-right corner of the screen. 
3. Select the Redeem gift card option. 
4. Enter your gift card code and select Redeem. 

Redeem your gift card on a PC/Mac

1. Go to our website and log in to your account. 
   • If you don't have an account, enter an email address and password, and select Create Account.
2. Hover your mouse over the profile image in the top-right corner of the screen. 
3. Select the Redeem gift card option from the drop-down menu. 
4. Enter your gift card code and select Redeem.

Why can't I redeem my gift card? 

If you already have a premium membership, you cannot redeem your gift card. Check to ensure that the subscription has been canceled. 

You can use the gift card once the subscription ends and your account changes back to free. The code is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
