After you cancel your subscription, you have access to the premium features for the time you've paid for. If your subscription is cancelled and you want to renew it, check the following on how to do so.
On the website
- Go to our website and Log in to your account.
- On My account page, scroll down to the Subscription section and select Resubscribe.
- Toggle between the options available to the left of the payment information. You can resubscribe to the same membership or upgrade to a different one.
- Pick the premium membership you want to subscribe to and select Resubscribe to complete the transaction.
If you choose to upgrade your subscription, you get a prorated credit for any unused time on the old subscription. This credit is applied to the new plan when you buy the upgrade.
Via iTunes under an Apple ID
Open the app and log in to your account. Once logged in, select the Renew my membership button located under your instrument level. You can renew to the same plan or upgrade to a different plan. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the renewal. You can also renew the subscription on our website by following the instructions above.
If you choose to upgrade your plan via iTunes, Apple charges you in full at the time of upgrade. Apple also issues a refund for any unused time left on your previous subscription. If you have any questions about the billing, please reach out to Apple Customer Support.
