If you paid for your subscription with a credit or debit card on our website, you can update your payment method at any time.
Subscription bought with debit/credit card on the website
- Log in to your Yousician account on the website. Enter your email address or username and password and select Log in.
- If you use Facebook to access Yousician, select Log in with Facebook.
- If you use Apple ID to access Yousician, select Log in with Apple.
- Scroll down to the Payment method section and select Update payment method.
- Enter the new card information and select Update.
If you get an error after selecting Update, double check that the card information entered is correct. You can also get in touch with your bank, to confirm the card is approved for online and recurring payments. If you are still having problems, reach out to Yousician Support.
Subscription bought with PayPal on the website
***If you paid for the subscription with PayPal, it is not possible to change PayPal payment to debit/credit card.***
