Steps to update payment method depend on which provider you used: Apple iTunes, Google Play or our website with a debit/credit card or PayPal. Check your billing statement to confirm which provider charged you.
Subscription bought with debit/credit card on the website
- Enter your email address and password and select Log in on our website.
- If you use Facebook for access, select Log in with Facebook.
- If you use Apple ID for access, select Log in with Apple.
- If you use Google for access, select Continue with Google.
- Scroll down to the Payment method section and select Update payment method.
- Enter the new card information and select Update.
If you get an error after selecting Update, double check that the card information entered is correct. You can also get in touch with your bank, to confirm the card is approved for recurring payments. If you are still having problems, reach out to Yousician support.
Subscription bought with PayPal on the website
***If you paid for the subscription with PayPal, it is not possible to change PayPal payment to debit/credit card.***
