You can restore your previous purchase by following these steps.
Restore purchase bought with iTunes

- Make sure you are logged in with the iTunes account you used to buy a tuning package or a subscription.
- Check information from Apple support about signing in with an Apple ID.
- If you used a different account, you need to re-install GuitarTuna after logging in with the correct iTunes account.
- Open GuitarTuna and select the Settings button in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section and tap Restore Purchases button.
- Make sure you are logged in with the iTunes account you used to buy a tuning package or a subscription.
Restore purchase bought with Google Play

- Make sure you are logged in with the Google Play account you used to buy a tuning package or subscription.
- Check information from Google Play support on how to use accounts in Google Play store.
- If you used a different account, you need to re-install GuitarTuna after logging in with the correct Google Play account.
- Open GuitarTuna and select the Settings button in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section and tap Restore Purchases button.
- Make sure you are logged in with the Google Play account you used to buy a tuning package or subscription.
If the restore didn't work, try to clear the app cache and data by doing the following:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap App & Notifications/App management → See all apps/App list.
- Scroll down and select GuitarTuna from the list.
- Tap Storage/Storage usage → Clear cache.
- Next tap Clear data.
Once you clear data and cache, try to restore the purchase again.
Note: cross-platform transfers (e.g. Android → iOS or iOS → Android) are not possible.
