If you have trouble logging in to your account, try the following troubleshooting tips.
Facebook login
If you see the "This email is already registered" error on our website, try the following:
- Log in to your account on our website with your Yousician email address and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it.
- Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Connect.
- Follow the prompts to complete the connection.
If your Facebook is linked to Yousician but you can't log in to the app:
- Log in to your Yousician account on our website. If you forgot your password, you can reset it.
- Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Disconnect.
- Follow the prompts.
- Select Connect to reconnect them and try to log into the app again.
Apple login
When you open a Yousician account via Apple and opt to hide your email, Apple automatically generates an email address for you, and links it to the email address you use with your Apple ID. This auto-generated email address ends in privaterelay.appleid.com.
You can use the Apple login on iPhones and iPads. If you want to access your account on a personal computer, try the following:
- Open the app on your iPhone/iPad and go to the Account tab. Note down your account email address and username.
- Reset your account password. You can send yourself reset instructions in the app and on our website. The instructions are sent to the email address linked to your Apple ID.
- Once reset, log in with the email address or username and the new password.
After logging in, you have the option to change your account information on our website.
