Facebook login is not working

If you use Facebook login with your Yousician account and have trouble logging in, try the following tips to troubleshoot. 

Problems with logging in on the website

If you see "This email is already registered" error try the following: 

1. Log in to your account on our website with your Yousician account email address and password. If you have forgotten your Yousician password, you can reset it.
2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Connect. 
3. Follow the prompts to complete the connection. 

Problems with logging in to the app

If your Facebook is linked to Yousician but you can't login to the app:

1. Log in to your Yousician account on our website. If you have forgotten your Yousician password, you can reset it.
2. Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and select Disconnect. 
3. Follow the prompts.
4. Select Connect to reconnect them and try to log in the app again.
