If you are having problems with Facebook login, try the following to troubleshoot.
"This email is already registered" error means you have a Yousician account with the same email address you use for Facebook.
- Log in to your Yousician account on our website with the email address and password. If you have forgotten your Yousician password, you can reset it.
- On My Account page, scroll down and open the Advanced settings menu.
- Select Connect to link your Facebook account with Yousician.
If your Facebook is linked to Yousician but you can't login to the app:
- Log in to your Yousician account on our website. If you have forgotten your Yousician password, you can reset it.
- On My Account page, scroll down and open the Advanced settings menu.
- Select Disconnect to unlink your Facebook account from your Yousician one.
- Select Connect to reconnect them and try to log in the app again.
