How to reset your password

Have you forgotten your password? No worries, we have all been there. Follow these instructions to reset it. 

From the app

1. Open the app on your device. Select I have a Profile and Continue with email 
2. Enter your Yousician account email address and select green arrow button.
3. Select Forgot? and double check your account email address on the screen that opens. Select green arrow button.  
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. 

From the website

1. Go to our website.
2. Enter your account email address and select Send reset link.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. 

It's asking for my current password on the website

Depending on your browser settings, you might already be logged in to your account when you access it via the link in the password reset email. To bypass this, open the reset link in Private/Incognito mode on your default web browser.
