How Yousician charges your account

Your subscription renews on the renewal date until you cancel your membership.  

Steps to check your subscription information depend on which provider you used: Apple, Google Play or our website. When you buy your subscription with Apple or Google Play, you must check the information through Apple or Google Play.

• If you are unsure which provider you used, log in to your account on our website and scroll down to the Payment method section to check.

You can check your next billing date and current plan on our website.

1. Enter your email address and password and select Log in on our website. 
   • If you use Facebook for access, select Log in with Facebook.
   • If you use Apple ID for access, select Log in with Apple. 
   • If you use Google for access, select Continue with Google.
2. Scroll down to the Membership section.

Subscription bought with Apple

When you buy a subscription with Apple, go to your Apple ID to check your subscription information.
